Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Unknown coder, based in USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service is provided from https://xbids.lol.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

xbids.lol is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list an X (formerly Twitter) profile and to occupy a rank based on the cumulative amount paid, according to the Rules. Listings are paid advertisements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent rankings, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter.

A payment buys a chance to appear on the board at the rank that amount can take at the time it is fulfilled. It does not buy followers, impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a specific rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. Today's 24-hour board only counts spend in a rolling 24-hour window. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including categories and ranking formulas.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service for a company or brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States, the European Union, or another applicable jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

Checkout is securely processed by Dodo Payments. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Dodo Payments' terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Rank amounts, minimums ($1 minimum), raise-only-the-difference top-ups, and overtaking increments are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy ranking placement on those terms. Rank is assigned immediately when payment is confirmed by Dodo Payments webhook and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that amount supports.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Ranking placement is an immediate digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or the rank is raised, and the paid amount is credited and displayed on the public board.

Being outranked later, a drop on Today's board after 24 hours, fewer impressions or clicks than you anticipated, a category you dislike, downtime, a change in your X follower count or profile status, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create an entitlement to a refund.

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor that right.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a material breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing, nullify associated rank, and refuse future use of the Service.

You may only list an X @handle that you own or are authorized to represent. You must have authority to promote that profile and any destination link associated with it. Impersonating another creator, brand, or account without authorization is prohibited.

We may take down a listing at any time if we cannot verify you are authorized to represent the listed profile, without refund.

By submitting an X @handle, destination link, or payment, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or are authorized to represent the listed X profile and to send visitors to it.
• The listing and profile comply with all applicable laws and with X's own Terms of Service and Rules.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or enterprise, and you are not claiming a rank maliciously.
• The profile is not used for scams, phishing, fraud, malware, or deceiving visitors, and is not primarily a bot account.
• The information you submit is accurate, and you will keep it accurate.

In addition to the Rules, you may not list or use the Service for:

• Sexual, pornographic, or adult content; accounts primarily promoting adult entertainment platforms.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits minors.
• Accounts engaged in counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming, phishing, or other infringement of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.
• Offers requiring financial or medical licenses you do not possess.
• Interfering with the Service: automated scraping beyond ordinary indexing, manipulating click or view counts, bypassing rate limits, or reverse engineering except as allowed by mandatory law.

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorize, hide, or permanently remove any listing, rank, or related page, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, X's own policies, or the law may have been violated; where a rights holder complains; where authorization to represent the profile is in doubt; or where we assess that the listing poses legal, security, or reputational risks. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

To run the leaderboard we fetch and display publicly available information about listed X profiles: handle, display name, bio, avatar image, follower count, and verification status. We use that material only to identify the listed profile on xbids.lol, to show visitors where a paid ranking leads, and to operate, moderate, and improve the Service.

We use X handles, avatars, and public profile data solely to identify the account being listed. This does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from that individual, brand, or from X Corp.

xbids.lol, our wordmark, and the look of the Service are ours. You may not clone the Service, scrape the board for a competing ranking product, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you. X, Twitter, Dodo Payments, and other third-party marks remain their owners' property.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (for sizing, formatting, and ranking display), and publicly display the listing and the public profile data we fetch, for as long as needed to operate, promote, and maintain an archive of the Service.

If you want a listing taken down, email unknowncoderdev@outlook.com. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, impersonates you, or that a listed profile is unlawful, email unknowncoderdev@outlook.com with:

• Your name and contact details
• The listing's page on xbids.lol
• The X @handle in question
• A clear description of the issue
• A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the affected party or authorized to act on their behalf

We may remove or restrict the listing while we review the notice. Repeat or abusive notices may be ignored.

Appearance on the board is not our opinion or endorsement of an X account, creator, brand, or project. We do not verify follower counts or engagement beyond what public data shows. Visitor and click counts describe what our systems recorded; they do not constitute a promise or warranty of future traffic.

Links from the Service direct to X or to external destinations. Those destinations maintain their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

We provide the Service as-is. It may experience interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies. We may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs, or that profile data, ranks, or click counts are infallibly accurate.

We do not limit liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, lost data, lost goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns in the three months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unknown coder and contributors to the Service from claims, liabilities, damages, and legal fees arising out of your listing, your X profile, your payment, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

• If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and confirmed checkout details form the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Payments, hosting, and data lookups rely on third parties including Dodo Payments and cloud providers. Their downtime or policy decisions remain outside our control.
