How to Bid & Claim Your Spot
Follow these simple steps to claim, defend, or overtake any rank on the leaderboard.
Enter Your X Handle or Link
Click Claim Rank or Direct Bid. Paste any public X profile URL (e.g., x.com/yourhandle) or type your @handle. Our system fetches your live avatar, bio, and follower count automatically.
Pick Your Target Rank
Choose the position you want to hold (#1 Spotlight, Top 3 Podium, Top 10, or join the board). The live bid calculator displays the current holder, their lifetime spend, and the exact minimum bid required to overtake them.
Assign Category & Custom Bid
Categorize your profile into one of 16 verified topics (Tech & AI, Crypto, Founders, Memes, Creators, Finance, etc.). Enter the required bid amount or place an extra buffer to make your position harder to take.
Instant Settlement & Live Spotlight
Complete your checkout securely via Dodo Payments. As soon as the transaction succeeds, the database immediately updates in real-time, your profile ascends to its new rank, and your achievement broadcasts on the live ticker.

The $5.00 USD Floor Price
Every new entry onto the XBids leaderboard starts at a minimum floor bid of $5.00 USD. If a target rank is vacant or unheld, $5.00 gets your foot in the door and secures your spot on the public board.
Outbidding Requires +$1.00 Over Current Holder
To take an occupied rank from a rival, your total cumulative spend must exceed their total spend by at least +$1.00 USD. Ties are not permitted; the higher cumulative bidder takes the spot immediately.
Lifetime Top-Up (You Never Restart from Zero)
When you get outbid, your previous bids are never lost. Every dollar ever bid on your @handle is credited toward your lifetime spend. To retake your rank, you only pay the incremental top-up difference needed to beat your rival.
You bid $50 to hold Rank #5.
Rival bids $51 and takes Rank #5. You drop to #6.
You pay a $2 top-up ($52 total) to take back #5.
Live Settlement & Broadcast Ticker
Bids are settled instantly via Dodo Payments Checkout. The second payment succeeds, the database updates, the leaderboard re-ranks in real time, and your rank achievement flashes across the live activity ticker strip.
